The Website Operations Executive will be part of the SKY express Digital & E-commerce team, ensuring the optimal functionality, consistency, and performance of the company’s website. This role involves day-to-day platform maintenance, content coordination, and performance monitoring—supporting commercial goals while delivering a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the daily web operations, including platform checks, link testing, and user flow performance.

• Updates and publishes the web content using modular CMS templates across destinations, campaigns, and seasonal offers.

• Ensures localization accuracy and consistency across all pages.

• Coordinates with the development teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Monitors the KPIs and user behavior through analytics tools such as GA4 and MS Clarity.

• Familiarity with modular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).

• Understanding of SEO, localization workflows, and basic HTML.

• Experience in digital-first industries (airline, travel, e-commerce) is a strong plus.

• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).

• IT literate (MS Office, CMS platforms, web analytics tools).
