We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our operations—ranging from flight crew and ground staff to corporate professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, build job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the company, including flight crew, ground operations, technical teams, and corporate functions.
• Create job postings, screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with both role requirements and company culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, gather feedback, facilitate decision-making processes and manage offers.
• Support workforce planning needs aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Ensure positive and professional experience for all applicants, maintaining clear and timely communication at every stage of the hiring process.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and high-priority roles.
• Track recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote the airline’s employer brand through social media, job fairs, university engagement, and industry events to attract high-quality talent.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with aviation-related roles and workforce needs is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
