SKY express is currently seeking for ambitious Agents who will join our Ticket office department, based in Athens International airport, and will carry out administration tasks and high-quality services. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and an excellent listener who will commit himself to exceed our customers’ expectations.

- Handle customers queries
- Book tickets
- Perform booking changes
- Provide information to customers
- Daily and monthly sales report

Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent command of the English language
- PC literacy
- Ability to work on rotation shifts
- Flexibility to work on rotation basis
Knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset.
