We are currently looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist ready to take our brand’s digital presence to new heights and be responsible for crafting and executing innovative campaigns that resonate with our audience.

This role plays a crucial role in shaping the online presence, brand identity, and customer engagement strategies of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
• Develop engaging and creative content tailored to each platform that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
• Engage with our audience and build relationships with key influencers to boost brand awareness.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure social media activities are integrated with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Monitor social media accounts for trends, comments, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of our social media strategy.
• Adjust social media strategies based on data insights to optimize engagement and achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA will be an asset.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics tools.
• Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).
