What you'll do
- Lead airline network planning and flight scheduling activities to support growth and performance objectives
- Analyse network, capacity, and route performance to identify optimisation opportunities
- Evaluate schedule, frequency, and aircraft allocation changes and provide recommendations
- Support strategic planning decisions through data-driven analysis and scenario evaluation
- Coordinate with commercial, operational, and airport stakeholders to align schedules
- Guide and support analysts while promoting continuous improvement in planning
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Airline network planning, flight scheduling, and airline scheduling concepts
- Data-driven, numerical, capacity, network performance, and route performance analysis
- Scenario planning, aircraft allocation analysis, and problem-solving
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- MS Office
- English and Greek fluency
- Aviation Management / Engineering / Economics / Mathematics / Any Fieldpreferred
