repair administrator

SKY express is currently seeking to hire a Repair Administrator for aviation parts to join our technical team. This role will provide Supply chain support within our CAMO and line maintenance teams for a wide range of aircraft parts. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities and profile:

Role Description:

• Generate Repair and Warranty orders for aircraft parts & Tools.
• Knowledgeable with trace docs. (optional).
• Adherence to Not To Exceed repair quotes for approvals.
• Administration and prioritization of Repair Requests, Request for quotes and to generate repair orders.
• Data entry to include repair orders, status updates, vendor quotes, and competitive price information.
• Daily vendor communication to support resolution of discrepancies, better pricing and expedite orders to support line maintenance.
• Work with the accounting dept to solve any invoice issues.
• Work with the Inventory Locator System, and other MRO’s to find repair vendors.

Skill set:

• Aviation experience desirable however not essential.
• Degree of Business Administrator from an accredited University (Optional).
• Military obligations fulfilled in case of a male candidate.
• Sales Support role, or quoting role, or a combination of these roles.
• The Repair Administrator must demonstrate a superior ability to positively relate to and communicate with vendors.
• Reliable and able to multitask on fast pace environment.
• Advanced MS office Skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good level in written and spoken English language.
