performance digital marketer

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role works within the Digital & E-commerce team and aims at driving measurable results through various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and execute performance marketing strategy plans to drive business & brand goals across digital channels.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to meet business objectives & targets, including budget allocation, targeting strategies and performance tracking.
• Daily campaign monitoring & management, including optimization techniques, based on best practices.
• Analysis of marketing plans and identification of KPI’s for each project.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
• Identify and explore new growth opportunities and channels to expand our customer reach and digital sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or STEM field.
• At least 2 years proven experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (e-commerce and lead generation-oriented campaigns), META and TikTok adverts.
• Google certifications (Search, Display, Video, Analytics) are a must.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio, Tag Manager, Google Search Console, MS Clarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
