The Passenger Management Agent is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of passenger flow and related services during all stages of their journey before the airport check-in and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the discrepancies between the reservations system and Departure Control system.
• Monitor and report load factors of the flights.
• Check inbound connections from international flights in case of disruption.
• Collaborate with Sale Groups/ OCC/ Commercial/ Airport Stations/Planning for specific issues that are related to Departure Control System

Competences:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of airline systems, booking platforms, and airport procedures is a plus.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Flexibility to work in rotation shifts, irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
