SKY express is seeking an Operation Controller to ensure the smooth execution of the daily flight schedule through real-time monitoring, coordination and effective communication across all operational units.
Responsibilities:
Monitor aircraft movement and flight progress using OCC systems.
Communicate with Dispatchers, flight crew and ATC regarding operational updates.
Manage delays, diversions and cancellations, ensuring timely information flow.
Coordinate with ground handling, technical support regarding daily operations, aircraft changes and maintenance.
Record operational data, incidents and irregularities for reporting purposes.
Support emergency or technical situations by aligning required resources.
Competencies:
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Effective multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Team player with strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including weekends & bank holidays).
Requirements:
Studies in Aviation, Transport or related field preferred.
Previous experience in OCC, Flight Dispatch or similar aviation operations is an asset.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in IT (MS Office).
