What you'll do
- Lead and manage Maintenance Control Center operations with continuous 24/7 fleet monitoring
- Support technical decision-making during AOG events, disruptions, and critical maintenance situations
- Coordinate with operational and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues promptly
- Oversee deferred defects, repetitive defects, and technical limitations affecting operations
- Record, monitor, escalate, and resolve technical events and operational disruptions
- Drive fleet reliability initiatives, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans
- Liaise with OEMs, MRO providers, and external maintenance organizations on complex aircraft issues
- Monitor and develop KPIs for fleet availability, utilization, technical delays, and AOG performance
- Lead, coach, and develop MCC personnel while promoting safety and continuous improvement
Key requirements
- 15+ years' experience
- Aircraft maintenance, Maintenance Control Center operations, and aircraft maintenance programs
- Leadership and people management, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure
- EASA regulations, Part-CAMO, Part-145 requirements, and MEL
- Reliability systems and root cause analysis
- A320 aircraft and ATR aircraft
- MS Office
- Aeronautical Engineering / Aircraft Maintenance Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Any Field
