group sales support and reservation agent for french market (greece based, remote)

The Group Sales Support and Reservation Agent will be part of the Call Center team in the Commercial Department to support the French market. The role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring efficient operations within the airline industry. It is critical in driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring the successful implementation of the company’s commercial strategies in France. The work location is in Greece with a remote working model

Responsibilities:

• Handle on-time customers’ needs through e-mails and inbound calls, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Manage and monitor group reservations (booking, payment, ticket issuance).

• Provide accurate and timely information to passengers, agencies (mostly from France) agents, and airport stations.

• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and travel agencies to generate group sales and revenue.

• Support Group sales operations and reporting.

• Cross-collaboration with internal teams.

• Customer oriented with exceptional communication (verbal and written in French) and interpersonal skills.

• Very good negotiation skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a calm and empathetic approach.

• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years working experience in the travel industry and in customer service.

• Fluency in French (verbal and written) and English.

• IT literate (MS Office)
