We are currently looking for professional and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team at SKY express in Athens. As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our passengers, handling flight bookings and travel-related inquiries, to ensure a positive customer experience and uphold our brand’s commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer needs and requests through inbound calls and emails.

• Process bookings, issue tickets, and manage reservation changes.

• Provide accurate and timely information to passengers and airport teams.

• Handle requests and complaints with a customer-first mindset.

Competences:

• Customer oriented with strong communication (verbal and written) and negotiations skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a calm and empathetic approach.

• Able to work under pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Team player with a result-driven mindset and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Previous working experience in a Customer Service or Call Center will be considered an asset.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Multilingual ability (French and/or German, Italian language) are a plus.

• IT literate (excellent knowledge of MS Office).

• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
