About the job
Key responsibilities:
• Respond to customers’ needs through e-mails and inbound calls
• Book tickets
• Perform booking changes
• Provide information to customers and airport stations
Skill set:
• Customer oriented
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Result driven
• Ability to work under pressure
• Multi-tasking
• Team oriented
Requirements:
• Experience in Customer Service
• Excellent command of the English language
• PC literacy
• Ability to work on rotation shifts
A Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of French and/or German , Italian language will be considered an advantage.
