What you'll do
- Lead the implementation and administration of the airline’s Passenger Service System (PSS)
- Align business processes and define operational requirements across key airline functions
- Coordinate testing, training, deployment readiness, and business adoption activities
- Manage PSS configurations, enhancements, and vendor-related changes
- Drive system governance, continuous improvement, and operational performance optimization
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Passenger Service Systems (PSS), PSS implementation, and Airline platform administration
- Airline business processes and Business requirements analysis
- System configuration and Airline technology transformation
- Testing coordination, Training coordination, and Deployment readiness
- Vendor management and System governance
- Operational performance optimization and IT proficiency, including MS Office
- Business Administration / Computer Science / Engineering / Aviation Management / Any Field
