What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate daily airport and ground handling operations
- Monitor aircraft turnaround activities for on-time performance and efficiency
- Coordinate with Ground Handling Agents and other service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, and safety requirements
- Liaise with airport authorities, operational departments, and external stakeholders
- Manage operational disruptions and support irregular-operations resolution
- Conduct operational inspections and monitor service quality standards
- Support incident investigations and corrective-action implementation
- Participate in emergency response procedures when required
- Prepare operational reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Airport operations, ground handling procedures, and ground operations coordination
- Aviation regulations and operational safety standards
- Aircraft turnaround monitoring and operational disruption management
- Operational inspections, incident investigation support, and emergency response procedures
- Operational reporting and service quality monitoring
- MS Office, shift work availability, and Greek and English fluency
- Aviation Management / Business Administration / Any Field
