Your Day-to-Day

• Planning and conducting user research studies (interviews, surveys, usability testing, field research, etc.)

• Analyzing findings and transforming data into actionable insights

• Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and developers to shape user-centered solutions

• Advocating for the voice of the user across the product lifecycle

• Presenting findings in a clear, engaging way to stakeholders

Your Key Strengths

• 3+ years of experience in UX research or related field

• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• Ability to synthesize complex data into simple, compelling insights

• A team player who’s curious, empathetic, and detail-oriented
