What you'll do
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and AI initiatives
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of projects
- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers and coordinate resolution
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Define processes, workflows, and system requirements supporting business objectives
- Participate in AI initiatives, use case identification, and implementations
- Gain expertise in AI tools and platforms such as Claude Code
- Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Support system analysis, integrations, and process improvements
- Document requirements, processes, decisions, and outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational efficiency and technology adoption
Key requirements
- Strong technical understanding of software systems, applications, APIs, integrations, and architecture
- Business analysis and documentation of functional and technical requirements
- Project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship building abilities
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities
- Knowledge of AI tools and platforms and interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with .NET environment and enterprise applications
- Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / Business Information Systemspreferred
