We are looking for a Tech Facilitator to support and enhance the delivery of digital and technology-driven projects. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating technology adoption, supporting teams in implementing digital tools, and ensuring smooth collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will act as a bridge between technology and people, helping teams work smarter and more efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.
Support the integration and usage of digital tools, platforms, and technologies across teams.
Organize and deliver training sessions or workshops to improve digital literacy and tool adoption.
Monitor and document progress, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to tools or workflows in collaboration with IT teams.
Promote best practices for efficient collaboration, digital transformation, and knowledge sharing.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in a technology coordination, IT support, or digital transformation role.
Strong understanding of digital collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Proven ability to train and guide users through new systems and processes.
Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Haves
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with data visualization tools or basic analytics (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
Interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning in digital innovation.
