What you'll do
- Lead advisory workstreams on product design, proposition development, pricing, and communications planning for banking products and digital initiatives
- Manage and coordinate multiple programme workstreams including project management activities and delivery of tasks
- Act as primary interface between transformation team and bank stakeholders ensuring progress and timely reporting
- Maintain updated progress status across all workstreams and flag risks or delays
- Navigate internal client politics with sensitivity and professionalism to maintain trust across stakeholders
Key requirements
- Knowledge of banking products and client propositions
- Stakeholder management with senior directors and general managers
- Project management for multiple concurrent workstreams
- Transformation consulting with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
