Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- SAN storage engineering and enterprise storage systems
- Dell PowerMax, NetApp, IBM FlashSystem, or HPE Alletra experience
- Brocade SAN technologies and SAN core concepts knowledge
- Linux environments and storage-related operations
- Bash scripting, Ansible, and Python scripting for automation
- Experience with SAN or NAS platforms

You will collaborate with global teams, partners and vendors to ensure storage solutions are robust, high-performing, and aligned with organizational standards. As a member of the team, you will contribute to strategic decisions, support critical operations, and provide guidance to engineers across multiple locations.

Act as the primary technical owner for one or more technologies, ensuring stability, lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and operational manuals.
Take ownership of assigned projects, from planning to execution, or assist other teams in delivering cross-functional initiatives.
Participate in scheduled standby rotations and planned maintenance windows to ensure service continuity.
Operate in a third-line support capacity, handling advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution.
Contribute to automation efforts — identifying opportunities, writing scripts, and improving operational efficiency.
Share expertise with colleagues, supporting knowledge exchange, mentoring, and technical follow-up activities.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in SAN storage engineering or a similar infrastructure role.
Hands-on expertise in deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise storage systems.
Deep knowledge in at least one of the following technologies:
Dell PowerMax, NetApp, IBM FlashSystem, or HPE Alletra.Strong experience with Brocade SAN technologies and core SAN concepts.
Solid understanding of Linux environments and storage-related operations.
Proficiency in scripting and automation — Bash, Ansible, or Python are required.
Experience with other SAN or NAS platforms is considered an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
