What you'll do
- Build, administer and maintain complex SAN storage environments in cloud and customer infrastructures
- Define architecture standards, operational guidelines, and best practices for storage platforms
- Act as primary technical owner for one or more storage technologies ensuring stability and lifecycle management
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational manuals
- Manage assigned projects from planning to execution and assist in cross-functional initiatives
- Participate in standby rotations and planned maintenance to ensure service continuity
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution in a third-line support role
- Contribute to automation by identifying opportunities and writing scripts
- Share expertise through mentoring, knowledge exchange, and technical follow-ups
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- SAN storage engineering and enterprise storage systems
- Dell PowerMax, NetApp, IBM FlashSystem, or HPE Alletra experience
- Brocade SAN technologies and SAN core concepts knowledge
- Linux environments and storage-related operations
- Bash scripting, Ansible, and Python scripting for automation
- Experience with SAN or NAS platforms
