What you'll do
- Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support cross-functional Agile teams in delivering software solutions on time and with high quality
- Identify and remove impediments that slow down team progress
- Foster continuous improvement and help teams adopt Agile best practices
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work
- Track and report team performance metrics to ensure transparency and alignment
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Coaching Agile principles to improve team delivery performance
- Organizational skills and time-management abilities focused on results
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
