What you'll do
- Implement, configure, and support SAP SD solutions
- Analyze sales, pricing, shipping, billing, and order management processes
- Design and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) flows
- Support integration with SAP FI, SAP MM, and other SAP modules
- Deliver user training and post-go-live support
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Skills in SAP customization and configuration including pricing, outputs, and billing
- Strong sales process analysis and shipping process analysis capabilities
- Proficiency in billing process expertise
- Experience with integration of SAP SD with SAP FI and SAP MM
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver user training
