What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications and APIs
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical direction
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, product owners, and front-end developers to define and implement software solutions
- Own system architecture and design decisions ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Set and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to improve system performance and stability
- Drive testing strategy and continuous integration/deployment practices
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning and propose architectural improvements
- Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL database design and optimization
- Familiarity with Azure cloud platform, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Understanding of software architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture, DDD, and CQRS
- Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Computer Science / Software Engineeringpreferred
