What you'll do
- Collaborate with business units to identify, document, and validate requirements for banking projects
- Analyze processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Support project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including testing and user acceptance
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- Assist in maintaining compliance with banking regulations and internal control standards
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Business Analysis and Requirement Documentation in banking projects
- Banking Operations Knowledge and regulatory compliance
- Process Analysis and Functional Specifications Development
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordination
- Data Analysis and reporting skills
- Communication Skills for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
- Finance / Business Administration / Computer Science / Any Fieldpreferred
