What you'll do
- Analyze business requirements and write functional specifications for Finance functionalities
- Design and implement new Finance-related features within D365 F&O and Dynamics AX
- Resolve functional incidents and provide user support ensuring ticket follow-up
- Translate customer needs into functional solutions in collaboration with the Solution Architect
- Guide customers through implementation, configuration, and testing of system changes
- Provide on-site or standby support to ensure business continuity
- Manage Finance domains including financial accounting, controlling, budgeting, and cost accounting
- Handle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) subprocesses
- Participate in solution design, configuration, and testing of financial processes
- Analyze and improve customers' business processes to increase efficiency and system use
- Collaborate with development teams to define and deliver custom functional solutions
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Experience with D365 F&O and Dynamics AX in functional or consultant roles
- Strong knowledge of Finance processes including general ledger, controlling, budgeting, cost accounting, P2P, and O2C
- Skills in writing functional specifications and solution design
- Proficiency in issue resolution and customer support
- Experience in process analysis and collaboration within project teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and document management systems
