Your Day-to-Day 

🔹 Gathering and analyzing business requirements to drive solutions that align with company goals

🔹 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and document processes and workflows

🔹 Developing detailed business and system documentation (use cases, process maps, etc.)

🔹 Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to ensure business needs are clearly communicated and understood

🔹 Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending solutions that maximize efficiency

Your Key Strengths

🔹 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the banking sector

🔹 Strong understanding of business process analysis and system improvement

🔹 Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software

🔹 Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly
