What you'll do
- Configure and manage the Azure DevOps platform across multiple teams and projects
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, repositories, permissions, and branching strategies
- Guide engineering teams to structure and optimize DevOps processes and workflows
- Support teams in setting up projects, boards, artifacts, releases, and deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve delivery efficiency
- Promote DevOps best practices, automation, and platform governance
- Troubleshoot pipeline, integration, and deployment issues across environments
Key requirements
- Azure DevOps platform administration and configuration
- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation, release management
- Repositories management and branching strategies
- Project setup, board management, and DevOps process optimization
- Pipeline troubleshooting, automation, and platform governance
- Collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with Azure cloud environments and modern software delivery practices
