Your Day-to-Day
🔹 Designing tailored strategies, roadmaps, and business cases to solve unique client challenges
🔹Collaborating with diverse teams of designers, technologists, and strategists to create impactful solutions
🔹Driving change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and long-term success
🔹 Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration
Your Key Strengths
🔹 4+ years of experience in management consulting experience with a strong focus on customer service or digital customer solutions
🔹 Experience working with customer service platform technologies, such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Amazon Connect, Genesys, NICE, and others
🔹 Familiar with customer service transformation, experience design, and process implementation
🔹 Proven expertise in Cloud-based (SaaS) solutions
