What you'll do
- Ensure full compliance with Greek Tax legislation, corporate income tax, VAT, withholding, and other local tax requirements
- Own transfer pricing policy, documentation, and intercompany frameworks
- Manage tax audits, tax rulings, and monitor regulatory developments
- Lead tax provisioning (IAS 12), Effective Tax Rate (ETR) forecasting and tax disclosures
- Drive tax digitization initiatives including e-invoicing, myDATA and other digital tax reporting requirements
- Strengthen control framework related to digital tax reporting
- Supervise Headquarters' accounting and accounting of smaller Greek entities
- Ensure consistent application of accounting policies including general ledger, accruals, leases, and shared service charges
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Expertise in Greek Tax legislation, transfer pricing, VAT, corporate income tax, and statutory tax compliance
- Experience managing tax audits and tax rulings
- Proficiency with digital tax reporting platforms and e-invoicing
- Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office
- Knowledge of IFRS, tax provisioning (IAS 12), and Effective Tax Rate (ETR) forecasting
- Strong communication skills

About the job
As Tax & Accounting Manager, you will report to the Financial Controlling Director of SIDENOR Group, and you will be responsible for the Greek Tax department of Sidenor Group ensuring Tax compliance and overseeing accounting operations of Headquarters and small entities.
What you will need to do

What you need to possess
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant field
7–10 years of experience in Tax, preferably in an industrial business environment or a leading audit firm
Strong expertise in transfer pricing, VAT, corporate income tax, and statutory tax compliance
Experience managing tax audits with public authorities and external tax compliance auditors
Hands-on experience with SAP
Thorough knowledge of IFRS and digital tax reporting/e-invoicing platforms
Proficiency in MS Office
