production foreman (3601)

As a Production foreman, you will report to the Production & Maintenance Manager and contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.

What you will need to do:

• Monitoring and adjusting key operating parameters of production equipment

• Organizing and supervising the production process during the shift

• Coordinating and guiding shift personnel

• Informing the Production Manager about technical issues, delays and breakdowns

• Ensuring compliance with quality control procedures during production

• Enforcing and overseeing health and safety regulations

• Submission of proposals aimed at improving both technical processes and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Your Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Technological Educational Institute – TEI)

• Ability to work in shifts

• Relevant work experience in an industrial environment will be considered an asset

• Developed problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Team spirit and collaborative mindset

• Strong Health & Safety and continuous improvement mindset

• Great communication and interpersonal skills
