What you'll do
- Provide first-level IT support on hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Handle day-to-day user requests through a ticketing system
- Support Microsoft 365 user and license administration
- Assist with installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software
- Use asset management tools to monitor company PCs and laptops
- Learn IT operations and support processes in a corporate environment
Key requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, LAN
- Understanding of IT security practices
- Experience with Microsoft 365 user and license administration
- Familiarity with hardware and software installation, configuration, and testing
- Experience using ticketing systems and asset management tools
- Computer Science / Computer Engineeringpreferred
