What you'll do
- Analyze stakeholder needs and operational requirements to define system and subsystem requirements
- Develop and maintain functional, logical, and physical system architectures
- Apply MBSE principles and maintain system models, requirements, interfaces, and lifecycle traceability
- Define and manage system interfaces and interface control documentation
- Plan and support integration, verification, validation, and acceptance activities
- Review system designs and implementation artifacts for compliance with requirements and architecture
- Identify technical risks, trade-offs, and performance considerations and propose mitigation strategies
- Support system deployment, installation, and customer acceptance activities
- Mentor engineers in systems engineering methodologies, MBSE practices, and systems thinking
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver systems successfully
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering, and Systems Engineering Methodologies and Frameworks
- System Architecture and Design, Architectural Principles, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- SysML, Systems Integration, and Verification and Validation
- System Interfaces, XML, and JSON
- Relational and Non-Relational Databases
- Computer Networking, and Windows and Linux
- Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Systems Engineering / Any Field
