What you'll do
- Analyze system requirements, design documents, interface specifications, and customer acceptance criteria
- Define and evaluate hardware, software, and third-party component selections, including supplier quotes
- Install, integrate, commission, and troubleshoot systems on target platforms
- Coordinate on-site integration and installation activities with subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Define, maintain, and execute system-level test plans, procedures, test cases, and acceptance scenarios
- Perform end-to-end verification across software, hardware, networks, interfaces, and external systems
- Set up and maintain test environments, configurations, test data, and tools for integration, regression, and acceptance testing
- Analyze test results, report discrepancies, support defect investigations, and verify corrective actions
- Prepare and support Factory Acceptance Tests and On-Site Acceptance Tests
- Validate interfaces, connectivity, data flows, operational scenarios, and interoperability across systems and networks
- Produce and review technical documentation, including installation manuals, cabling diagrams, configuration records, and test evidence
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- System integration, interface and interoperability validation
- System-level verification and validation, requirements-based verification
- Test planning and execution, acceptance testing
- Test reporting and defect investigation
- Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Test environment and configuration management, Linux, networking fundamentals
- Technical documentation interpretation and technical documentation
- Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Systems Engineering / Telecommunications Engineeringpreferred
