hr business partner (hrbp)

SCYTALYS is currently looking for passionate HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsible for acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering HR solutions that support organizational goals, providing expertise in employee relations, talent management, performance, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.

• Support performance management, promotions, and compensation reviews.

• Drive HR projects (e.g., policy updates, HRIS/ERP rollouts, engagement surveys).

• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.

• Ensure alignment of HR practices with business objectives.

• Maintain and update job descriptions and OrgCharts.

• Support ISO and compliance processes, including documentation and participation in audits.

• Liaise with external partners for HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years’ HR generalist or HRBP experience.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
