 Quality Assurance & Procurement Officer, Commercial Division

to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for professionals who thrive in structured environments, are passionate about quality standards, and possess strong procurement acumen—particularly in the healthcare or medical supply sector.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations comply with ISO standards and internal quality systems, while also managing procurement processes for medical devices and supplies.

Key responsibilities - main job duties include the following:

• Complies with the company’s IQMS policies

• Implements and monitors quality systems in compliance with ISO standards

• Conducts internal audits and supports external inspections

• Manages non-conformities and CAPAs

• Supports the development and implementation of procurement strategies to source medical devices and supplies efficiently

• Identifies and mitigates risks associated with the supply chain and procurement processes

• Submission of orders to suppliers complying with the company’s guidelines and after obtaining the appropriate additional internal approvals if necessary

• Controls purchase orders to ensure that all purchase orders are submitted and received in an accurate and timely manner

• Executes order processing and co-ordinates shipments with Transportation/Logistics companies and suppliers. 

Requirements - Candidates must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or Supply Chain Management field.

• Experience in procurement and/or quality assurance, preferably within the healthcare industry will be a plus

• Solid knowledge and understanding of ISO standards

• Strong problem-solving, investigative, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication abilities, in both Greek & English language

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
