About the job
As a Social Media Ads Specialist you will:
- Develop and deliver a winning social media strategy while setting relevant KPIs according to business objectives
- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Business platforms
- Apply audience insights and analytics data to inform paid social campaigns
- Be up to date with the latest social media trends, apply international best practices and innovative tools
Job requirements
What you will bring:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- University degree in Finance, Marketing or relevant field
- Successfully devised and developed paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Experience in e-commerce and paid social strategies optimized for ROI
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging
- Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Facebook Analytics and other Third Party Apps (Google Analytics)
- Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working
- Meta Media Buying Certification is a plus
