As a Senior Social Media Ads Specialist you will:
Develop and deliver a winning social media paid strategy while setting relevant KPIs according to business objectives
Plan, create and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Business platforms
Measure, refine & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals
Plan, execute and measure tests across ad creative, landing pages and other marketing elements to optimize results
Apply audience insights and analytics data to inform paid social campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience
Ensure the quality and accuracy of all client-facing deliverables
Develop, communicate and monitor growth and efficiency targets for client campaigns and agency business
Collaborate with Account and Design Teams to develop digital plans that support client objectives
Be up to date with the latest social media trends, apply international best practices and innovative tools
Job requirements
What you will bring:
At least 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
University degree in Finance, Marketing or relevant field
Successfully devised and developed paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
Experience in e-commerce and paid social strategies optimized for ROI
Strong copywriting skills and ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging
Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Facebook Analytics and other Third Party Apps (Google Analytics)
Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working
Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines
Meta Media Buying Certification is a plus
