What you'll do
- Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns for different brands and industries
- Measure, refine and report digital marketing campaign performance against ROI goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend based on performance
- Plan, execute and measure tests across ad creative, landing pages and other marketing elements
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of client-facing deliverables
- Develop, communicate and monitor growth and efficiency targets for campaigns and the agency
- Collaborate with Account and Design Teams to develop digital plans supporting client objectives
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Google Ads campaign management
- Google Analytics and data analysis
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Campaign performance measurement, campaign reporting and ROI optimization
- A/B testing and digital marketing optimization
- Multi-channel marketing, growth target management and quality assurance
- Finance / Mathematics / Business Administration
