As an Account Manager you will:

  • Build, maintain, and cultivate client relationships, understanding their needs, expectations, and objectives

  • Address client concern, resolve issues that arise, and offer solutions to maintain client satisfaction

  • Work closely with teams and other departments, to develop effective advertising strategies

  • Proactively identify and initiate upselling and cross-selling opportunities, aligning client needs with value-added solutions 

  • Take the lead in pitching and presenting to prospective clients to secure new business opportunities

  • Oversee the development, execution, and data analysis of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with the client’s goals

  • Regularly update clients on the progress of campaigns and provide detailed analysis on the effectiveness of advertising strategies

Job requirements

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in advertising

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and market trends to make informed decisions

  • Experience at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Commitment to providing excellent service to clients to maintain long-term partnerships

  • Excellent understanding of Performance Marketing Channels (e.g. Google Ads, Paid Social Ads)

  • Very good understanding of Content Creation, Design and UX/UI Development

  •  Eagerness & motivation to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative advertising solutions to clients

  • Adaptability & flexibility

  • Familiarity with project management systems (e.g.Asana) is a plus
