What you'll do
- Configure, maintain, enhance, and support service management software products
- Customize and add new features to software solutions based on business requirements
- Develop applications using low-code and no-code platforms
- Support customer operations related to software packages and developed solutions
- Conduct tests for applications and assist with product launches
- Provide technical support to resolve application-related issues
- Perform software upgrades and manage software licensing
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Experience in application development and software upgrades
- Skills with service management software platforms and ITSM tools
- Proficiency in test-driven development methodologies
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork
- Computer Science / Software Engineering / Informatics / related fieldpreferred
