We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to drive growth across both existing and new clients for our IT solutions portfolio. In this role, you will manage and expand client accounts while actively generating new leads and closing opportunities. Working in a dynamic environment, you will contribute across the full sales cycle and build strong client relationships, representing Relational in both local and international markets. This role is ideal for professionals with a proactive mindset, strong sales drive, and willingness to travel abroad.
The Role
Identifies business opportunities and develop tailored account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable growth
Develops a deep understanding of each account’s technology landscape, business objectives, growth plans, and competitive environment
Acts as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Builds and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Identifies new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads
Acquires new accounts and expand existing client relationships
Manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
Maintains and expand relationships with existing clients to drive retention, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities
Monitors and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts
Achieves agreed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth objectives
Represents the company in client meetings, industry events, and business engagements, including international travel when required
What You Bring
University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
6+ years of experience in sales of IT products and/or solutions
Proven experience in selling enterprise software/platforms and/or business development
Strong understanding of industries such as Financial Services, Telcos, Insurance, Energy, and Oil & Gas
Experience working in B2B environments
Proven track record in lead generation and new business development
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines management
Experience in managing and growing existing client portfolios
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused mindset combined with a strong commercial orientation
Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Availability and willingness to travel internationally
