About the job

The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for selling unique enterprise level software solutions to senior level management. You play a key role in identifying potential customers, presenting software solutions and negotiating contracts.

The ideal candidate will contribute by having key account management skills, establishing account plans and strategies, and driving continued investment of our products on existing and new accounts across in Greece and abroad.  You should also have the ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of a client’s business, identifying challenges and opportunities as well as how to position solutions to address those needs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential business opportunities and develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.

  • Actively understand each account's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.

  • Conduct high level negotiations with others to achieve desired results and meet our customer’s needs.

  • Maintain excellent understanding of your client’s business and needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful software solution sales experience.

  • Proven experience selling enterprise software or platforms and/or business development.

  • Strong understanding of Financial Services industry, Telcos, Insurance, Energy and/or O&G.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • Proven track record of accomplishments and over-achievement of targets selling to C-Level suite.

  • Confidently able to build both internal and external relationships up to C-level.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

  • MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field are considered a plus.

  • You will need to travel to clients in the Balkans.
