What you'll do
- Issue sales invoices and collection receipts, updating CRM and APPROVAL systems simultaneously
- Manage Accounts Receivable, tracking outstanding balances and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts regularly
- Handle withholding taxes and prepare related documentation
- Complete and submit withholding tax forms and APD
- Communicate with clients about accounting and payment matters
- Record daily accounting entries in accounting systems
- Post and verify expense invoices in double-entry bookkeeping records
- Use the MyData platform for accurate document classification and compliance
- File and archive financial and accounting documents accurately
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Double-entry accounting and accounting entries
- Accounts receivable management, account reconciliation, and invoicing
- Accounting software and MS Excel
- Withholding tax processes and APD
- MyData platform and document classification and compliance
- Financial document filing and archiving
- Accounting / Finance / Any Field
