About the job
The Technician ensures that all products, components, and processes meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This role is responsible for performing inspections, monitoring compliance with quality policies, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of management systems to maintain high levels of product and operational excellence.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Execute and maintain comprehensive quality product inspections.
Inspect First Articles, incoming components, raw materials, fabricated parts, and in-process assemblies and subassemblies according to Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements.
Oversee the resolution of all corrective actions.
Initiate quality improvement recommendations.
Support the improvement and development of management systems within the organization, including preparation for and participation in the internal audit process.
Be aware of, participate in, and comply with Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Information Security policies, regulations, and management system requirements. Uphold high-quality standards at all times and ensure subordinates act in the same manner.
Job Requirements
Technical degree as an Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related field.
Experience in a technical field will be considered an asset.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Highly observant and detail-oriented.
Strong PC skills, especially in MS Office; SAP knowledge will be considered an asset.
Advanced knowledge of the English language.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
