Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Field Technical Engineer, you will:
Design and implement system solutions, upgrades, and migrations
Lead new infrastructure projects from design to deployment
Provide on-site and remote technical support as required
Deliver proactive maintenance and performance optimization
Support presales activities and solution design for clients
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or at least 5 years of relevant field experience
Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and hardening
Proven expertise in Microsoft Active Directory administration and Windows deployment (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
Solid experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and/or VMware) experience in clustered environments is required
Hands-on experience with Office 365 (tenant creation, migrations, and management)
Strong knowledge of Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting servers and storage systems
Good understanding of networking fundamentals
Hardware troubleshooting skills for servers and related equipment
