About the job
We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Team! As a Senior Business Analyst, you are expected to undertake the following
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions tailored to our client's needs
Create a clear and concise documentation of the business requirements and assess their feasibility and completeness
Translate the business requirements to functional specifications
Work with the technical delivery teams to explain the functional requirements, understand technical difficulties and gaps and refine the proposed solution to compromise between business value and technical feasibility
Design user stories, workflows, and functional specifications, ensuring that they align with business objectives
Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and align with requirements
Participate in the testing process to validate that solutions meet the specified requirements
Participate in project planning and monitoring progress against the project plan
Required skills:
MSc or BSc degree in Information Technology (IT), computer science, software engineering, or related fields
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in preferably large IT projects with strong usage of open-source frameworks, software, and tools
Experience with all aspects of the system implementation process of system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support
Excellent problem-solving and abstract thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts
Experience with communicating requirements in writing and using technical design means (such as architecture diagrams, use case and activity diagrams, data/information flows, sequence diagrams, and system component diagrams)
Excellent client facing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Desired skills:
Experience in Public Sector will be considered as a plus
Experience in working with Jira suite will be considered as a plus
