About the job

The Personal Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing administrative and personal support to the Chief Executive Officer of Quality & Reliability S.A. This individual will work closely with the CEO to ensure all of their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The Personal Assistant to the CEO will be expected to anticipate the needs of the CEO and act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the CEO including scheduling meetings, managing calendar, travel arrangements, and other related tasks

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Manage and monitor the CEO's email, phone calls, and other communications

  • Research and analyze data to prepare reports and documents

  • Handle confidential information and documents with discretion

  • Assist the CEO with personal tasks as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant (PA).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
