About the job
The Personal Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing administrative and personal support to the Chief Executive Officer of Quality & Reliability S.A. This individual will work closely with the CEO to ensure all of their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The Personal Assistant to the CEO will be expected to anticipate the needs of the CEO and act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to the CEO including scheduling meetings, managing calendar, travel arrangements, and other related tasks
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Manage and monitor the CEO's email, phone calls, and other communications
Research and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
Handle confidential information and documents with discretion
Assist the CEO with personal tasks as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant (PA).
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
