PwC’s Sustainability Reporting and Assurance practice is a rapidly growing community of professionals driven by a shared purpose: to help our clients build trust and create sustained outcomes for business and society. We work side‑by‑side with organisations as they navigate an increasingly complex sustainability and ESG reporting landscape, bringing rigour, insight and credibility to the information they disclose to the market. 

In this dynamic environment, we are searching for Sustainability Assurance Graduates to join our team in Athens. 

Make a real impact 

• Actively assisting in the drafting of sustainability

  ’

   related proposals in the context of tendering for new business 

• Undertaking robust testing on sustainability data, and analysing results, discussing anomalies with other team members and developing solutions with the manager/team as required. 

• Identifying and communicating trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client, while demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and marketplace 

• Preparation of analytical reports and presentation 

• Start to be familiar with sustainability reporting practices and standards (e.g. ESRS, ISSB, SASB, GRI, etc.), aiming to become the go-to expert for our teams and clients. 

• Participate in business level discussions/ workshops with clients and documenting business requirements 

• Application of common sense / commercial awareness / knowledge obtained during the project to assess the quality and reliability of information supplied 

What you bring matters 

• A BSc or MSc degree in business/finance, economics, engineering, a sustainability-related subject, or another discipline with strong quantitative elements  

• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and experience handling large amounts of data 

• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English & in Greek) 

• Able to work independently and efficiently within a team environment. 

• Excellent critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem-solving abilities 

• Strong research, analytical and report writing skill 

• Able to multi-task, adapt well to changing priorities, and effectively prioritise workflow to meet critical deadlines 

• Strong personal initiative, agility and resourcefulness
