PwC Academy Greece is an educational initiative by PwC that provides a wide range of professional development and training programs. It aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of professionals across various industries. The academy offers services such as workshops, seminars, and certification courses in areas like finance, accounting, management, leadership, and digital transformation. By leveraging PwC's global expertise and resources, the academy delivers high-quality training programs designed to meet the evolving needs of the business world, thereby helping individuals and organizations achieve their professional goals. 

Currently, we are looking for an Associate to join the PwC Academy team in Athens.  

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team   

• Coordinating and scheduling seminars 
• Responding to participant and instructor inquiries regarding educational programs 
• Managing the educational platform and updating training materials 
• Issuing and sending certifications 
• Resolving technical issues 
• Providing daily support in general duties  

 Additional Information:Given that most of the programs are conducted in the evening, the role includes at least two evening shifts per week to support the lectures and address any potential issues that may arise. 

What we are looking for 

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any other related field will be considered as an asset 
• At least one (1) year experience in a front desk, customer service or any other related role 
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in Greek and English 
• Advanced PC Skills with proven use of MS Excel 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong organizational and time management abilities 
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Military services fulfilled for male candidates
